Anxiety Awareness
Anxiety is an illness which one feels more than just stressed or worried, it is a constant nagging in the back of their mind that eventually crawls into the seems of their very being and makes the individual feel absolutely worthless and alone. It feels like the weight of the world is crushing in on you and nobody but you can stop it but, you can't.
Anxiety is what a lot of people call "the unseen illness" because, on the outside a person may appear fine but, on the inside they're falling apart. However, you are not alone! There are several out there who also suffer from this same illness and there are ways in which you can cope with it or ways in which you can help a loved one cope with it.
