My obsession with Krogers and Health Foods Plus is pretty obvious, and so is my obsession with coming up with little makeshift recipes because, I normally screw up recipes from cookbooks so I tend to find it easier to make my own. Anyway in the image above is all of the ingredients (aside from the bread) that you will need. Don't worry though, I've provided a list for you as well :)

Ingredients

  1. Oats

  2. Chia Seeds (protein)

  3. Berries of your choice (I chose strawberries and blueberries)

  4. Non-dairy yogurt (I chose silk, ND vanilla yogurt)

  5. Two slices of bread (Dinner rolls, wheat bread, white bread etc....your choice)

Instructions

First things first, get that oven heated! Keep it low though so only heat it to 300 degrees! Your going to want to pull out a cookie/baking sheet and put some foil on it. Set your two slices of bread down, and when the preheating is done, bake the bread for 5 minutes!

Mix your yogurt, berries, and oats in a bowl. I like to layer, so I put down yogurt, added berries, added oats, put down yogurt, berries, oats, repeat until you have added your desired amount.

Mix!

Oven should go off at this point. Pull out your bread, pour yogurt over both slices!

Add sprinkle of chia seeds!

Enjoy!
